My entire experience at South Star in New Iberia was great. Smooth and easy. I had the flu and was diagnosed, and on my way to pick up prescriptions within 30 mins of arrival with 2 people ahead of me. Great experience, will definitely return.

Incredible experience! Despite having many people in line ahead of me, my wait time was minimal! The practitioner covered all my issues thoroughly and the entire staff was so friendly! Preferred choice for excellent quick care in new Iberia!

Seriously the best Urgent Care we have ever been to! We went with my 2 year old son and he was being difficult. The doctor and nurses went above and beyond to help him and make him comfortable. They gave him juice, goldfish, fruit snacks, and even stickers! Highly recommend this place. They are incredibly thorough as well!

We always love coming here! The staff are always so sweet and inviting! we get great care here every time! And I love how nice and super clean the office is! There is also a little kids area with a little table and chairs and cartoons on! 💖 …

Great staff they went above and beyond to diagnose me and explained a treatment plan for me! They were excellent with professionalism that started when I walked into the front door! Caring and compassionate staff and I most definitely will go back there again and I recommend them to everyone I know!

I had chills and the nurse offered me a blanket ( her personal blanket) also the receptionist was very courteous, offers water and informed us of the wait before checking in. I definitely would recommend anyone to choose this facility first 1

I had a Great visit!! The staff and the Dr. That seen me were absolutely amazing. They were friendly and welcoming. The Dr really did everything she could to make sure I left with answers. 10/10 recommend!!
